Really! It is mainly frrom - what I've seen - admins! Nothing from users! The only time it is, is when it's short paragraphs explaining one object instead of 3 or 4.

  1. Admins are only users that have been trusted with a couple extra privs. They are not almighty gods whom the puny mortals must obey.
  2. This wiki is undergoing a mini-crisis: everyone's too busy setting up shops and selling Items. Currently, the majority of article-editors are quite dedicated to the wiki.
  3. Admins usually only become admins when they are dedicated to the wiki.
  4. Thus, there will be a proportional connection between admin activity and mainspace activity.
Also, MLNWiki is not Wikipedia, and there really isn't much to say about individual objects. We make articles about individual objects since this is a wiki solely about MLN, and not a more general subject (in which we would only briefly cover some of the major Items.)

Exactly. If you're writing a page about an Item, you're supposed to write as much as you can about it, but the thing is that there aren't many things you can say about something. You can say what it's used for, how to get it, and that's basically all. You don't go around saying, "this item is round and orange and sits on a blue background."

The Slicer

Right.
Oh yes, AndrewTooCool, if you think this wiki's pathetic, try making a wiki about all the different flavors of jelly beans and see how much you can elaborate. --FB100Z TalkContribs  00:36, April 14, 2010 (UTC)
AndrewTooCool: No, I don't think it's pathetic. I think that I don't see much users. I really did not consider the following, and please understand, I meant no offense to wikia in no way whatsoever. ?-AndrewTooCool-?
I admit I was a little hard on you. Apologies. -_-
This is titled "There really isn't much articles on the Wiki!" and thus does not imply lack of users, but I'll take your word for it. --FB100Z TalkContribs  21:21, April 18, 2010 (UTC)
The issue that this wiki has, and always has had is the infrequent nature of MLN's updates. When MLN does update, we have a huge flow of activity, with around 500 edits per day by about 30 users (at tops). Right now, we are in the ditch waiting for another update. Edit Brickipedia instead! (joking, well, kinda ;) Ajraddatz Talk 03:45, April 19, 2010 (UTC)
