Old Capt Joe is a Rank 1 Networker that helps you through the Coast Guard Game.
His MLN description reads:
- Old Capt. Joe has spent most of his life in the air or at sea rescuing people from watery dangers. He has now retired, but needs help to rescue some people who have fallen overboard – can you help him? Navigate to the LEGO City website and play the Coast Guard Game!
To become Old Capt Joe's friend, you must have at least the Coast Guard Badge, Rank 1 which you can earn by playing the Coast Guard Game.
