Originally Quick Silver Flux was an unobtainable Item that you could exchange for a Red Pearl at Berix's page. During those times, three Red Pearls were necessary for building the Ancient Spear. LEGO has since fixed Berix's page so that 1 Quick Silver Flux is obtainable for 1 Red Pearl and the Ancient Spear now requires 2 Quick Silver Flux to build.
