Stats	Users with a Race Car, Rank 3 can use 1 Solar Power Cell to compete in a racing competition. If the guest wins they receive 3 Victory Ribbons, if the owner wins they receive the Stunt Track, Rank 3 Module Blueprint. This module requires 1 Solar Power Cell to run

Users with a Race Car, Rank 3 can spend a Solar Power Cell to race the owner of the Race Track Module, Rank 3. A winner is randomly decided, If the guest wins, owner collects 3 Victory Ribbons. If the host wins, owner collects the Stunt Track Module, Rank 3 Blueprint.
