Craftsman's Cottage Masterpiece
Your goal for Rank 5 is to build the Craftsman's Cottage Masterpiece!
Rank 5 is considered to be one of the most difficult ranks in MLN. While the steps to follow are simple enough, collecting the Items required can be difficult and time-consuming.
New Friends[]
Orange LEGO Bricks[]
Orange Mixing Truck Module[]
- Trade Bur O Crat 30 Green LEGO Bricks for a Digging Fine Receipt.
- Mail Connie Crete the Digging Fine Receipt. Receive the Orange Mixing Truck Module Blueprint.
- Build the Orange Mixing Truck Module and put it on your page. This module costs four Tires, one Engine, ten Yellow LEGO Bricks, and 50 Red LEGO Bricks.
- On your page, click on your Orange Mixing Truck Module (shows
) to load five Red LEGO Bricks with five Yellow LEGO Bricks. - The Orange Mixing Truck Module will generate an Orange LEGO Brick per day, up to 20 Orange LEGO Bricks per load.
- This is not necessary if you choose to join the P.O.S.
Join the P.O.S.[]
- Follow the P.O.S. Walkthrough instructions. This is a secret walkthrough, and is not necessary to get to Rank 6. However, it gives you a faster alternative way to collect Orange LEGO Bricks.
Nails[]
You will need to build at least one of the following Modules to obtain Nails. But, as you will require the help of others to build and click on these Modules to receive the required Items, you can help your friends by building and placing these on your page.
- Nails can also be obtained from the Delivery Arcade Game.
Pet Golem Module[]
- Trade Connie Crete 5 Orange LEGO Bricks for the Pet Golem Module Blueprint.
- Build a Pet Golem Module and put it on your page. This Module costs 10 Orange LEGO Bricks and 10 Purple LEGO Bricks.
- Earns 1 Nail per day plus one for every 20 clicks and has a chance to send a Gypsum to a random friend of the Module's owner.
Pet Water Bug Module[]
- Trade Dip Gimlet 5 Orange LEGO Bricks for the Pet Water Bug Module Blueprint.
- Build a Pet Water Bug Module and put it on your page. This Module costs 10 Orange LEGO Bricks and 10 Green LEGO Bricks.
- Earns 1 Nail per day and has a chance to send a Pipe to a random friend of the Module's owner.
Pet Ball Lightening Module[]
- Trade El Ectric 5 Orange LEGO Bricks for the Pet Ball Lightening Module Blueprint.
- Build a Pet Ball Lightening Module and put it on your page. This Module costs 10 Orange LEGO Bricks and 10 Blue LEGO Bricks.
- Earns 1 Nail per day and has a chance to send a Loose Spark to a random friend of the Module's owner.
- Optional: Loose Sparks can also be won by chance from the The Concert I, the Concert II, and the Destructoid Arcade Game Modules. (There is a 35% chance you will receive 5 Loose Sparks if you win the Destructoid game).
The Foundation[]

- Mail Connie Crete the Form 20B. Receive the Pourman's Apprentice Gallery Module Blueprint.
- Build the Pourman's Apprentice Gallery Module and put it on your page. This Module costs 5 Orange LEGO Bricks.
- After 100 clicks on your Pourman's Apprentice Gallery Module you will receive the Foundation License.
- Mail Bur O Crat the Foundation License. Receive a Foundation Permit.
- Mail the Foundation Permit to Connie Crete. Receive the Cottage Foundation Blueprint.
- The Pet Golem Module may send a Gypsum to a random member on the Module owner's friendlist when clicked.
- Build a Cottage Foundation. This Item costs 50 Gypsum, 20 Orange LEGO Bricks, and 20 Purple LEGO Bricks.
The Electrical System[]
- Trade Bur O Crat 10 Orange LEGO Bricks for a Form 20B.
- Mail El Ectric the Form 20B. Receive the Electrician's Apprentice Gallery Module Blueprint.
- Build the Electrician's Apprentice Gallery Module and put it on your page. This Module costs 5 Orange LEGO Bricks.
- After 100 clicks on your Electrician's Apprentice Gallery Module you will receive the Electrical License.
- Mail Bur O Crat the Electrical License. Receive an Electrical Permit.
- Mail the Electrical Permit to El Ectric. Receive the Cottage Electrical System Blueprint.
- Loose Sparks:
- The Pet Ball Lightening Module may send a Loose Spark to a random member on the Module owner's friendlist when clicked.
- You have a chance to win 20 Loose Sparks from a Concert I Arcade Game or a Concert II Arcade Game.

- Build the Plumber's Apprentice Factory Module and put it on your page. This Module costs 5 Orange LEGO Bricks.
- After 100 clicks on your Plumber's Apprentice Factory Module you will receive the Plumbing License.
- Mail Bur O Crat the Plumbing License. Receive a Plumbing Permit.
- Mail the Plumbing Permit to Dip Gimlet. Receive the Cottage Plumbing Blueprint.
- The Pet Water Bug Module may send a Pipe to a random member on the Module owner's friendlist when clicked.
- Build a Cottage Plumbing. This Item costs 50 Pipes, 20 Orange LEGO Bricks, and 10 Purple LEGO Bricks.
The Roof[]

- After 100 clicks on your Framer's Apprentice Factory Module you will receive the Roofing License.
- Mail Bur O Crat the Roofing License. Receive a Roofing Permit.
- Mail the Roofing Permit to Ron Roofer. Receive the Cottage Roof Blueprint.
- The Lumber Mill Module generates 15 Lumber per day.
- Build a Cottage Roof. This Item costs 20 Lumber, 50 Nails, 20 Orange LEGO Bricks, and 20 Green LEGO Bricks.
The Masterpiece[]
- Trade Ron Roofer 30 Purple LEGO Bricks for the Craftsman's Cottage Masterpiece Blueprint.
- Build the Craftsman's Cottage Masterpiece. This Masterpiece costs 100 Nails, a Cottage Foundation, a Cottage Plumbing, a Cottage Electrical System, and a Cottage Roof.
- Congratulations! You have just reached Rank 6. You've earned it!
