Solar Power Cells are mailable Items introduced in Rank 3. They are made from 1 Mason Jar and 1 Yellow LEGO Brick. The Blueprint to build them can be obtained by trading one Engine on Radia's page.

• Trade for the Blueprints of the Race Car, Ranks 1-3 and the Stunt Car, Ranks 1-3 at MacRacer's and Pedalman Wheelie's pages, respectively.
• Used as a component to construct Race Cars and Stunt Cars.
• Spent on a Race Track Module or Stunt Track Module (by both Module owner and challenger) for a chance to win Victory Ribbons or the Victory Trophy Blueprint.
• Send to Dr. Killroy to get the Dino Grazing Module, Rank 1 Blueprint.
• Used for the creation of the Lightworm Module.
