The Blueprint can be obtained by spending one Solar Power Cell on MacRacer's Trade Module.

Use[]
This Item is used to race on another user's Stunt Track Module, Rank 1, and upon winning, to receive a Victory Ribbon. It is also needed to build a Stunt Track Module, Rank 1 for a user's own page (to earn the Race Track Module, Rank 2).
Note: When this car is used to build the Stunt Track Module, Rank 1, the Stunt Car, Rank 1 will be used in the construction of the Module and will no longer be available for use on other user's Stunt Track Module, Rank 1 to earn Victory Ribbons. So one will need to build two of these cars if they wish to race on other user's Stunt Tracks and to build their own Stunt Track, or construct the Module after getting the needed Victory Ribbons.
