XML (eXtensible Markup Language) is a computer language used for storing and transmitting data on the Internet, designed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Among MLN players, and hackers in particular, the term "the XML" is used to refer to a resource XML file used to store the information for fundamental MLN concepts such as Stickers, Sticker Backgrounds, Loops, Items, Blueprints, Badges, Masterpieces, Mail messages, Modules, and Skins. The Flash front-end retrieves data using this file.
